At MMK Private Fitness Coaching, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized fitness coaching services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. General Policy

All coaching programs and sessions are designed specifically for each client. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

2. Program Fees

• All fees must be paid in advance before the start of any program or session
• Once a program has started, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions
• Packages and plans cannot be partially refunded

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session
• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the session being forfeited
• Repeated cancellations may affect your training schedule

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered in the following cases:

• Medical conditions preventing participation (valid proof may be required)
• Relocation or unavoidable personal circumstances
• Service unavailability from our side

Any such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at our sole discretion.

5. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of commitment or participation
• Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations

We encourage all clients to discuss their goals clearly before enrolling.

6. Digital Products (If Applicable)

• Any digital fitness plans, guides, or downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered
• Sharing or redistribution of digital content is strictly prohibited
